Kitselman Flats | Muncie, IN

AP Development LLC is redeveloping a portion of the former Indiana Steel and Wire Site in Muncie, Indiana. The Kitselman Pure Energy Park will include housing, a hotel, solar fields, manufacturing and the new Kitselman Trailhead. With an investment of approximately $25 million in two phases, Kitselman Flats will be the first significant redevelopment project on the site. When complete, the project will include 120 units of housing, which will complement and enhance the overall mixed-use project. Construction is expected to begin in 2021.
