Anderson Partners LLC is acting as bond and tax credit counsel to AP Development LLC in the redevelopment of the Indiana Furniture Factory complex in Jasper, Indiana. Originally built as Novelty Works in 1905 and expanded through the first half of the 20th Century, Indiana Furniture is constructing a new horizontal manufacturing plant and will vacate its historic complex in spring 2022. The $30 million project will create approximately 150 affordable apartments and will be funded through a combination of 4% Affordable Housing Tax Credits, Federal Historic Rehabilitation Credits, Tax Increment Financing and Indiana Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative (READI) and Tax Increment Financing.
