Marquette School Lofts | South Bend, IN
Anderson Partners LLC is representing AP Development LLC on the redevelopment of the former Marquette School, a 2017 entry on Indiana Landmarks 10 Most Endangered List. The long vacant art deco building was completed in 1937 using New Deal funding and served the community until 2007 when the new Marquette School opened next door. Upon completion, the $13 million project will house 47 affordable apartments funded with 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits.
